These terms govern the use of the AshrithPay console. By signing in and using the service, the authorised operator agrees to the following. AshrithPay is powered by SUMARAJ NETWORKS PVT LTD.
The console facilitates payment of insurance premiums and education fees through Bharat Connect (BBPS) and integrated payment gateways. Bill details are fetched directly from the biller (the insurer or the educational institution); we act as a facilitator and are not the biller.
A convenience charge, shown transparently before payment, is added to the bill amount. The total payable is the bill amount plus the applicable convenience charge and is displayed prior to confirming the payment.
The operator is responsible for entering correct bill details (policy, student or account identifiers). Payments are processed against the bill fetched from the biller. We are not liable for errors arising from incorrect information provided.
A payment is treated as successful only after both the payment gateway confirms the collection and the BBPS bill payment is completed. Where a payment is pending, the status can be refreshed from the transaction history.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to facilitating the payment and, where a bill payment fails after collection, assisting with resolution or refund in line with BBPS and gateway rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
